We are thrilled to share that the ERASMUS+ Knowledge Alliances project, Women Entrepreneurs in the Regional Inclusive Entrepreneurial Ecosystems (WeRin) scored highly in its final report assessment from the European Commission (82/100). With an excellent rating for impact and dissemination, WeRin was successful in its mission to empower female entrepreneurs across Europe and has set new standards in entrepreneurship education.
The project’s commitment to inclusion and innovation has led to impressive outcomes, resulting in over 28,000 website visits and over 14,000 downloads of key resources. The WeRin Toolbox and WeRLearnin Principles were marked as key innovations, showcasing high-quality educational resources for female entrepreneurs.
The project design and implementation were recognised for the hard work and innovation that went into every phase. WeRin demonstrates how multi-disciplinary learning, peer-to-peer coaching, and strategic capacity-building can lead to long-lasting change. The team quality and cooperation scoring also rated strongly as WeRin successfully united 14 organisations from six countries to create a transformative impact in Europe’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Despite challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic and the earthquake in Turkey, the partnership excelled in producing innovative learning materials and building a strong community of more than 1,000 members demonstrating both resilience and collaboration.
You can still get involved as we continue to collaborate through our Community of Practice and share the materials that we hope will inspire and educate more women entrepreneurs across Europe. Our WeRin resources are freely available to download from our Toolbox here: WeRin Toolbox – We R In (werinproject.eu)
As a partnership, we want to extend our gratitude to all of the people who were involved in the many different aspects of the project, whether it was the research, regional scans, good practice videos, the role model case studies or the training we were able to create a truly inclusive ecosystem. Thank you to all our partners for their dedication and hard work. Together we celebrate the WeRin project’s successes, recognising the high scores and the effort behind them to push boundaries and deliver results.
